How it started

It started in the
backyard. It still is.

One little oven on the patio, a bag of flour, and a couple of kids on dough duty. We got obsessed with the bake. The leopard char, the chew, the puff on the cornicione.

So we kept making them. For the block, for birthdays, for whoever showed up hungry. Same dough, same fire, same greens on the side. Nothing fancy, just dialed.
